HOW TO ORDER

WHOLESALE PRICING

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. We will cover 50% of the shipping cost for domestic orders over $300. We will cover the cost of postal insurance for shipments through USPS.

FIRST ORDERS

A minimum order of $150 is required for opening orders. New accounts must pay in advance of shipping the order.

​

RE-ORDERS

A $50 minimum order is required for all subsequent orders. Payment is due within 10 days of your order.

​

PAYMENT

We accept payment by check (made out to stitch M, LLC), Square, PayPal, and Venmo.

​

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Please allow up to two to four weeks for your order to ship, although it may go out sooner depending on the size of the order. We will invoice you for shipping charges once your order has shipped.

​

CHANGE TO ORDER/CANCELLATION

We must be notified of changes or cancellation within 48 hours of your order placement.

DAMAGES

Please contact us at info@stitchm.com should you find your order was damaged en route to you. You must reach out to us within five days of having received your order. We ask that you return the damaged items to us within 14 days so that we may replace them.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Wholesale products may not be returned or exchanged unless items arrived damaged (see above).
