We want you to be happy with your unique stitch M purchase. However, we understand things happen.
Returns are accepted if we are contacted within 5 days of delivery and the item is shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
Unless custom or personalized items arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for those items. All sales are final due to customization of a product. Only non-personalized items may be returned (within 5 days of delivery). Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. We cannot accept returns on any used items. Items must be returned in new condition, with all original tags attached.
Replacement items will be provided when stitch M has made an error. A photo will be requested of the item that has an error. In the event of a stitch M error, we will pay for shipping. However, if an undamaged, correctly fulfilled order is returned, the customer will pay shipping for both the return and the replacement item.
Only replacements will be provided; we cannot issue a refund unless the item cannot be replaced (Ex. If the item is no longer available or has been discontinued). Please note: when we replace an item, we will replace with the exact specifications as originally purchased.
Please read all item descriptions so there is no confusion as to what you'll be receiving. If you have any questions before placing an order, give us a ring or shoot us a message. We're here to help and answer your questions.
If there is missing information for a custom order, production time will be delayed while we wait on clarification.
If an item is needed by a certain date, please make sure to send us a message prior to ordering to make sure we can accommodate your needs.
Please note: Because we create all our goods by hand, large orders will require additional time to fill. We greatly appreciate your patience.

Items ship or are ready for local pickup within 3 to 5 business days after order is placed. All items ship first class through USPS. Please allow more time for large orders to be filled and shipped. Large orders will incur additional shipping costs.
Once the order has shipped, stitch M is not responsible for lost packages or packages that have not been delivered. The customer will need to contact USPS to file a claim and receive a refund.
International delivery available at an additional charge.
